Thanks to the wonders of Zoom, most of my sessions take place virtually however I am also able to offer face to face sessions in Fair Oak, Hampshire. 

The packages below have been designed specifically for you so that we can really understand what lies beneath the overwhelm and deal with it, we can then get you back on track in a way that you can sustain.  With different levels of email support available, you will have direct access for me in between and afterwards for the duration stated, so that you can check in, ask questions or even just vent.  Continual support to get you to, and then keep you in, the place that you so desperately want to get to.

  1. Work out how you got here in the first place. What are your biggest challenges?
  2. We will take a birds eye view on your life. What are the patterns that are hurting you and how can we stop them. We will NOT be setting new goals for you to achieve at this point – you have enough on your plate already.
  3. Get really clear on what it means to you to “have it all”. What does your ideal life look like?
  4. How to get you there – working with your strengths and how to utilise them to their fullest.
  5. How to keep you there; including tools and habits.
  6. Review on how far you have come and all your successes along the way.
